What a generous Christmas gift! A heartfelt thank you to Crystal Lake Walmart Charities, Store Managers Will and Brian, and Walmart Store Associates for supporting Animal Humane Advocacy.
During 2024, Walmart has donated nearly $4,000 to AHA, in addition to supporting our campaign drives by providing pallets of rescue essentials—bedding, crates, food, toys, and treats. With these vital supplies, we are able to assist shelters, offer affordable vaccinations, and support Spay and Neuter drives.
Thank you to Walmart and our AHA Volunteers.
Mark your calendars for Saturday, February 22nd, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Kingston Lanes in Woodstock, IL, for a fun-filled afternoon of bowling, raffles, and more — all for a great cause!
All proceeds from this event will benefit Animal Humane Advocacy, an organization dedicated to helping shelter animals in need. Your support will fund essential programs, including affordable vaccinations, spay/neuter campaigns, adoption events, food drives, and transport for animals in need, especially during times of natural disasters.
Don’t miss out on this chance to have fun, win great prizes, and make a real difference in the lives of shelter animals!
Come for the bowling, stay for the fun — and let’s make sure every pet has a chance at a better life!

Animal Humane Advocacy is mobilizing efforts to collect supplies for pets displaced by Hurricanes, Milton and Helene. In collaboration with rescues and shelters across the country, together we are dedicated to providing essential items for animals suffering from the impacts of these devastating events. Walmart customers can donate directly or purchase necessary supplies at each store location during Animal Humane Advocacys stationed visit outside.
These items will then be transported to the areas most affected, ensuring that vulnerable animals receive the care and support they desperately need.
Huge gratitude to Animal House for showing up with their truck and numerous supplies.
Our "Fill The Truck" campaign was a huge success due to many who volunteered, the organizations that made a difference, and of course those people who donated.
